Meet our Nutritionist

Food is not only what fuels your body on a day-to-day basis, but it is a tool that can be used to aid in the prevention of disease and infection, mood stabilizing, body acceptance, and overall well-being. I believe that education is the key to a good diet. That is why I have spent the last nine years studying nutrition from every angle and preparing myself to share my education and expertise with others.

I started my studied at Texas Christian University, where I graduated with a Bachelor in Science from the Nutritional Sciences department. I then moved back to Austin and got a temporary job at a local juice bar. This is when my interest in integrative nutrition developed. I left JuiceLand after two years to complete a clinical internship in Flint, Michigan at a level I trauma hospital. There, I worked on all floors of the hospital, educating and empowering patients to make healthy diet changes. I have worked with many different medical conditions and am very seldom surprised with a person’s dietary habits. I have seen it all.

I believe I was put on this Earth to spread nutrition education and help others feel confident to live a healthy life and be there best self. Knowledge is key, and I am here, eager to guide you and help you learn how to feed your body to optimize your health and well-being.
