"I worked at a European style patisserie for a couple of years prior to conceiving Mantra Bakehouse. Over time, I could see more and more how I was contributing to dire health issues like diabetes and obesity. This was the opposite of what I wanted to be putting out into the universe. This was the setting for Mantra Bakehouse. My contribution to society was going to be a conscious empowered, health alternative, focusing on the importance of organic quality and superfood benefits."
